The actual time it takes to receive your package depends on where the package is being delivered, Priority Mail delivers in 2-3 Business Days, First Class Mail is 3-5 Days, Express Mail is 1-2 Days. You have 30 days (from when the package was delivered) to return or exchange any product purchased from us.

Original shipping and handling charges are NEVER REFUNDABLE. We reserve the right to charge customer back the difference in actual freight cost in addition to the $6.99 for large returns. For example if our actual shipping charge is $19.80 for an order and you return the whole order without any cause on toyd.com's side, we will refund the merchandise value less the $19.80. Additional shipping charges may be required on merchandise exchanges. However, we will deliver defective replacements or our shipping errors at no additional cost. Upon receipt of the returned non-defective merchandise, pokepoke.com LLC will:
